Key Responsibilities

Over Head Crane Operators are responsible for safely operating overhead cranes to lift, move, and place heavy materials at the construction site. They must ensure that all operations follow safety guidelines, coordinate with ground personnel, and perform routine checks to prevent equipment malfunctions.

Rigger Level III professionals are tasked with setting up, adjusting, and dismantling rigging equipment, ensuring safe handling of loads during lifting operations. They must inspect slings, chains, and hooks, coordinate with crane operators, and adhere strictly to safety protocols to avoid accidents.

Duct Insulators are responsible for installing insulation on HVAC ducts, pipes, and related equipment to maintain temperature control and energy efficiency. They must measure, cut, and secure insulation materials while ensuring compliance with quality standards. Accuracy and attention to detail are critical to their role.

Skills and Knowledge

Candidates must have professional experience and certifications specific to their trade. Over Head Crane Operators require TUV certification, Ajeer registration, and proven experience in crane operation, emphasizing safety and precision. Strong communication and coordination skills are vital for effective teamwork on-site.

Rigger Level III candidates need expertise in rigging procedures, a TUV certificate, and Ajeer registration. They must demonstrate knowledge of lifting techniques, safety inspections, and load handling procedures. Physical stamina and the ability to respond quickly to operational challenges are essential.

Duct Insulators must have practical experience with insulation materials, proper handling techniques, and Ajeer registration. Knowledge of safety regulations, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment are key requirements.

Job Details

• Project Location: Shuqaiq, Medina
• Payment Schedule: Every 2 months 25 days
• Hourly Rates:
  • Over Head Crane Operators – 18 SAR/hour
  • Rigger Level III – 14 SAR/hour
  • Duct Insulator – 17 SAR/hour
• Required Documents: Ajeer registration, TUV (if applicable), valid Iqama, Muqeem, and a recent photograph
