Key Responsibilities
The Safety Supervisor will be responsible for supervising all safety activities on-site and ensuring compliance with Aramco safety standards. This includes monitoring daily operations, conducting inspections, and ensuring that all workers follow proper safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE). They must identify risks early and implement corrective measures immediately to prevent accidents or incidents.
In addition, Safety Supervisors will lead safety meetings, conduct toolbox talks, and guide safety officers and site workers in maintaining a safe working environment. They are responsible for preparing detailed safety reports, maintaining compliance documentation, and coordinating with project management teams. Emergency preparedness, hazard identification, and continuous risk assessment are key parts of their responsibilities.
Skills and Knowledge
