Job Responsibilities and Work Scope
Permit Receivers are responsible for managing the permit-to-work system, ensuring that every task is properly authorized before starting. Standby Men are responsible for monitoring ongoing activities, especially in hazardous areas, and ensuring immediate response in case of emergencies. They maintain constant observation of work sites, ensure safety rules are followed, and support workers during high-risk operations. Both roles require discipline, alertness, and strict adherence to safety procedures throughout the project duration.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
Candidates must have prior experience in industrial or shutdown projects in Saudi Arabia. Permit Receivers should be familiar with permit-to-work systems and safety authorization procedures. Standby Men must have knowledge of site safety monitoring and emergency response support. Applicants must possess valid Iqama, Muqeem (minimum 3 months validity), passport, medical fitness certificate, insurance, CR copy, and agreement documents. Ajeer registration is mandatory for Maaden projects, while insurance is required for PKS assignments. Candidates should be physically fit, responsible, and able to work under strict safety conditions.
