Overview of the Role
This urgent requirement is for experienced professionals in engineering and safety management for an Aramco-related project in Saudi Arabia. The positions include Pre-Commissioning Engineers and HSE Supervisors, both of which are critical for ensuring safe and efficient project execution in oil and gas environments. Pre-commissioning activities are essential before plant startup, while HSE supervision ensures strict compliance with safety regulations. Due to the high standards of Aramco projects, only highly experienced and qualified candidates will be considered for immediate mobilization.
Key Responsibilities and Work Scope
Pre-Commissioning Engineers will be responsible for preparing systems and equipment for startup, including testing, inspection, flushing, and ensuring readiness of mechanical and electrical systems. They will coordinate with project teams to verify that all systems meet operational and safety standards before commissioning. HSE Supervisors will oversee site safety operations, enforce health and safety regulations, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with Aramco safety standards. They will also lead safety meetings, monitor high-risk activities, and ensure proper documentation and reporting of safety procedures. Both roles require close coordination with engineers, supervisors, and management teams to ensure smooth and safe project execution.
Skills, Experience, and Required Knowledge
Candidates must have strong experience in oil and gas or petrochemical projects, specifically with Aramco. Pre-Commissioning Engineers should have at least 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in system testing, commissioning preparation, and industrial operations. HSE Supervisors must have 7 to 8 years of experience along with 2 to 3 valid Aramco approvals, demonstrating strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance procedures. Candidates should possess excellent technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to work under pressure in demanding industrial environments. Strong communication, problem-solving ability, and strict adherence to safety protocols are essential for both roles.
