Key Responsibilities and Work Scope
Selected candidates will be assigned duties according to their trade expertise. Carpenters will be responsible for formwork, wood structure preparation, and installation work as per site requirements. Masons will handle brickwork, plastering, and general construction tasks. Steel Fixers will install reinforcement bars and ensure structural alignment according to engineering specifications. Fire Watchers will monitor hot work areas to ensure strict fire safety compliance and prevent hazardous incidents. Helpers will support skilled workers by handling materials, assisting daily operations, and maintaining site cleanliness and organization. All workers must strictly follow safety instructions and maintain discipline throughout project execution.
Skills, Experience, and Required Knowledge
Applicants should have relevant experience in construction or industrial projects. Skilled trades such as carpenters, masons, and steel fixers must demonstrate practical hands-on experience in their respective fields. Fire Watchers should have basic awareness of site safety procedures and hazard prevention techniques. Helpers must be physically fit and capable of performing manual labor in demanding environments.
