Description
Globaltech Contracting Company is urgently recruiting manpower for a turnaround (shutdown/maintenance) project in Jubail. This is an immediate mobilization requirement involving multiple technical, supervisory, and safety roles for industrial plant maintenance and execution activities. The project is short-term and high-intensity, typically requiring experienced workers familiar with oil & gas turnaround operations.
Key Responsibilities
Static Foremen will supervise mechanical maintenance and coordinate workforce activities during shutdown execution. Instrument Technicians will handle calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of instrumentation systems. Safety Officers will ensure strict compliance with HSE standards and monitor site safety during high-risk operations. Fabrication Foremen and Fabricators will manage and execute structural and piping fabrication tasks. Multi-Welders will perform welding operations as per project specifications. Riggers will handle lifting operations safely, while Electrical Technicians and Foremen will manage electrical installation, maintenance, and supervision tasks.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates must have prior experience in industrial turnaround, shutdown, or oil & gas projects. Strong technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, welding, or rigging disciplines is required depending on the role. Safety Officers must be familiar with industrial HSE standards. Ability to work under pressure and complete tasks within tight shutdown schedules is essential. Candidates should be prepared for immediate mobilization.
