Kalma Contracting Est. (PMTA Department) is urgently recruiting manpower for a major industrial project in Maaden. This is an immediate requirement with interviews scheduled for next day. The roles include mechanical, welding, supervision, and standby support positions for large-scale industrial maintenance operations. This recruitment is strictly for experienced candidates, especially those familiar with mining or heavy industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

Pipe Fitters and Mechanical Fitters will handle installation, alignment, and maintenance of piping and mechanical systems. Supervisors and Foremen (Static) will oversee site activities, coordinate manpower, and ensure work execution as per project standards. Standby Men will monitor critical work areas and support safety compliance during operations. Multi Welders (SS) will perform stainless steel welding tasks with high precision. BTT Technicians will assist in technical testing, inspection, and maintenance support activities on site.

Skills and Knowledge

Candidates must have prior industrial experience in mechanical, welding, or maintenance roles. Strong knowledge of piping systems, welding procedures, and industrial safety standards is required. Ajeer registration is mandatory for Maaden jobs. Applicants must also have valid Iqama, Muqeem (minimum 3 months), passport, medical fitness certificate, CR copy, insurance, and agreement documents. Ability to work under industrial conditions and follow strict safety procedures is essential.
