Description
This job role focuses on supporting large-scale industrial and construction projects, mainly involving pipeline installation and safety monitoring activities. Pipe Fitters are responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining piping systems used in industrial operations. Standby Men play a crucial safety role by monitoring work areas, ensuring compliance with safety procedures, and responding quickly to emergencies. These positions are essential in maintaining smooth project execution, reducing risks, and ensuring that all mechanical and construction tasks are completed safely and efficiently. The project duration is approximately six months, offering stable work for experienced workers.
Key Responsibilities
Pipe Fitters will be required to read technical drawings, measure and cut pipes accurately, and assemble piping systems according to project specifications. They must ensure all installations are leak-free and meet industrial quality standards. Standby Men are responsible for maintaining a safe work environment by observing ongoing activities, identifying potential hazards, and enforcing safety regulations. Both roles require coordination with supervisors and other team members to ensure smooth workflow. Workers must also follow site instructions, maintain tools properly, and report any issues immediately to the concerned authority.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates must have prior experience in industrial or construction projects, preferably in pipeline or safety-related work. Pipe Fitters should have strong technical knowledge of piping systems, welding awareness, and blueprint reading skills. Standby Men must understand safety protocols, hazard identification, and emergency response procedures. Good communication skills, physical fitness, and the ability to work in a team are essential. A valid Iqama or passport is required along with relevant documents such as visa, medical fitness certificate, insurance, and experience certificates. Prior Gulf experience will be an added advantage.

⏳ Duration: 6 Months Project
💰 Salary Payment: 40 days after submission of invoice
📄 Required Documents: Iqama, Passport, Visa, Muqeem, Medical Fitness, Insurance, CR, Chamber registration (Ajeer mandatory)
