The HSE OFFICER plays a vital role in ensuring that all construction and industrial activities are carried out safely and in accordance with approved safety procedures. In large projects like those in Fadhli, where high-risk operations are common, the officer is responsible for monitoring compliance with Aramco safety standards and international HSE guidelines. The purpose of this role is to prevent workplace incidents, protect workers’ health, and ensure smooth project execution without safety violations. This position is highly important in the oil, gas, and construction sectors, where strict adherence to safety systems is mandatory for operational success and legal compliance.
Key Responsibilities
The HSE OFFICER will be responsible for conducting regular site inspections, identifying hazards, and implementing corrective safety measures. They will ensure all workers follow safety protocols, wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE), and comply with site regulations. The officer must also conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and emergency response training for workers. Skills and Knowledge
