This opportunity is part of a major construction project that requires a wide range of skilled and semi-skilled workers, including Civil Supervisors, Carpenters, Welders (2G & 3G), Steel Fixers, Electricians, Plumbers, and Helpers. Each role contributes to different phases of construction such as structural work, electrical installation, plumbing systems, and general site support. The purpose of this workforce is to maintain productivity, ensure technical accuracy, and support continuous progress on-site. These positions are crucial in achieving high-quality construction output while maintaining strict safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Each category of worker will perform specific duties based on their trade. Civil Supervisors will manage site activities, supervise teams, and ensure compliance with drawings and project specifications. Carpenters will handle formwork, shuttering, and finishing works. Welders (2G & 3G) will perform structural welding as per technical requirements. Steel Fixers will cut, bend, and fix reinforcement bars accurately. Electricians will install and maintain electrical systems, while Plumbers will manage piping and water systems. Helpers will assist skilled workers, transport materials, and support general site operations. All workers must follow safety instructions, maintain discipline, and report hazards immediately.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates must have relevant hands-on experience in their respective trades. Civil Supervisors should demonstrate leadership and site management skills. Carpenters, Welders, Steel Fixers, Electricians, and Plumbers must have strong technical knowledge, tool handling ability, and experience in construction environments. Helpers should be physically fit and willing to assist in manual site tasks. Understanding of safety procedures, teamwork, and discipline is essential. Gulf experience is an added advantage. Required documents include valid Iqama, Muqeem, passport, medical fitness, and insurance.
