Welders must follow safety procedures strictly while handling tools and materials on site.
The Helper supports skilled workers and welders by preparing materials, assisting in site operations, carrying tools, and maintaining cleanliness and organization at the worksite. Helpers play a key supporting role in ensuring smooth workflow and assisting in daily construction activities. Both positions require discipline, physical strength, and the ability to work in demanding industrial environments.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Requirements
