Key Responsibilities
Workers in these roles will perform duties according to their trade specialization. Helpers will assist skilled workers in daily site activities, while Pipe Fitters and Fabricators will handle installation and fabrication of piping systems. Welders will perform high-quality welding tasks, ensuring structural integrity. Mechanical and Electrical Foremen and Supervisors will oversee teams, manage work progress, and ensure project timelines are met. Riggers will handle lifting operations, Millwrights will manage machinery installation and maintenance, and Instrument Technicians will work on control systems. Safety Officers will ensure compliance with safety standards, while Tool Keepers will manage equipment inventory. All roles require teamwork, discipline, and adherence to safety protocols.
