Safety Officer and Scaffolding Supervisor positions are urgently required for a long-term industrial project in Rabigh (Petro Rabigh area). These roles are critical in oil and gas operations where safety and structural integrity are top priorities. The Safety Officer ensures a hazard-free work environment, while the Scaffolding Supervisor manages scaffolding activities to support safe access for workers. Key Responsibilities
The Safety Officer is responsible for implementing and monitoring safety procedures across the site. This includes conducting safety inspections, identifying potential hazards, enforcing PPE usage, and ensuring compliance with company and industry regulations. They also conduct safety training sessions and maintain incident reports.
The Scaffolding Supervisor oversees the erection, inspection, and dismantling of scaffolding structures. They ensure all scaffolding work meets safety standards and project requirements. The supervisor coordinates with teams, assigns tasks, and ensures workers follow proper installation techniques. Both roles require close coordination with site management to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience for the Safety Officer role, preferably in oil and gas or petrochemical projects. Strong understanding of safety regulations, hazard identification, and risk management is required. Scaffolding Supervisors should have expertise in scaffolding systems, load calculations, and safety compliance.
Applicants must possess valid documents including Absher Iqama, Muqeem, medical insurance, Chamber registration, and an updated CV.
