Key Responsibilities
Forklift Operators are responsible for safely operating forklifts to lift, move, load, and unload materials in industrial and construction sites. They must ensure that all materials are handled carefully to prevent damage or workplace accidents. Operators are also responsible for performing daily equipment checks before starting work, ensuring the forklift is in proper working condition.
They must follow all safety guidelines and site regulations while operating machinery. Coordination with supervisors and site teams is important to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials. Operators may also assist in organizing storage areas, stacking materials safely, and maintaining cleanliness in the working zone. Skills and Knowledge
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in forklift operation, preferably in industrial or mining environments. A valid TUV certification is required for this position. Applicants should have strong knowledge of safety procedures related to heavy equipment handling and material movement.
Basic mechanical understanding of forklift maintenance and troubleshooting is an advantage. Candidates must be physically fit, alert, and capable of working in demanding industrial conditions. AJEER registration is mandatory for eligibility. Applicants must also have valid documents including passport, iqama, muqeem copy, insurance, blood group certificate, CR service agreement, and two passport-size photographs.
