Job Role Overview & Importance

The HSE Supervisor leads safety teams, ensures compliance with Aramco requirements, and oversees hazard control systems. HSE Officers support daily safety monitoring, inspections, and reporting activities. Main Duties & Responsibilities
Selected candidates for the HSE Supervisor position will be responsible for leading the safety department onboard the barge, conducting risk assessments, implementing safety procedures, and ensuring all operations meet Aramco standards. They will also supervise HSE Officers and coordinate with project management teams.
HSE Officers will conduct site inspections, monitor ongoing work activities, identify hazards, and ensure compliance with safety protocols. They will also maintain safety documentation, support toolbox talks, and assist in emergency preparedness drills. Both roles require constant monitoring of offshore activities and quick response to unsafe conditions.
Skills, Experience & Eligibility
Applicants must have strong experience in construction barge operations, including heavy lift or pipelay barge projects. Aramco compliance experience is mandatory. Candidates should hold relevant safety certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH membership, First Aid, H2S, BLS, and BOSIET.
