Key Responsibilities
Welders are responsible for performing structural and pipe welding using approved procedures and maintaining welding quality as per project specifications. Safety Officers must conduct site inspections, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with industrial safety standards. Fire Watchers are tasked with monitoring hot work areas and responding immediately in case of fire hazards. Standby personnel support confined space or high-risk activities by ensuring emergency readiness. Pipe Fitters and Fabricators work on interpreting drawings, cutting, assembling, and installing piping systems accurately. Skills and Knowledge
Candidates must have relevant experience in industrial construction, oil & gas, or petrochemical projects. Welders should hold valid CS/SS welding cards and JCC certification. Safety Officers must have strong knowledge of site safety regulations and hazard control procedures. Fire Watchers and Standby personnel should possess TUV certification and awareness of emergency response practices. Pipe Fitters and Fabricators must be able to read technical drawings and perform accurate fabrication work. Helpers should be physically fit and capable of handling manual labor tasks. Good communication skills, teamwork ability, and adherence to safety standards are essential for all roles. Prior GCC or Saudi project experience will be an added advantage.
