Key Responsibilities
A Fire Watch / Standby Man is responsible for observing work areas, especially during hot work activities, to detect and prevent fire hazards. Reporting hazards to safety officers, assisting in evacuation if needed, and supporting emergency drills are important parts of the role. Skills and Knowledge
