Key Responsibilities

Technical roles, including Mechanical Technicians, Instrument Technicians, Electricians, and Welders, will carry out hands-on tasks, maintain equipment, and adhere to project standards. Safety-critical positions like Fire Watch, Hole Watch, WPR, and Safety Officers ensure compliance with safety protocols, monitor hazards, and provide timely alerts. Supervisory roles such as Mechanical Supervisors and Instrument Supervisors guide teams, manage quality control, and ensure operational efficiency. All employees must follow company procedures, maintain discipline, and complete tasks on schedule.
