ATLAS AL KHAIR GENERAL CONTRACTING EST. has announced an urgent manpower requirement for a major industrial project at Maaden phosphate site. This recruitment drive covers multiple technical and skilled positions including mechanical supervision, fitting, fabrication, milling, and advanced welding operations. The project is short to mid-term (3 to 6 months) and requires experienced professionals who can contribute to high-standard industrial construction and maintenance work. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong field experience in Saudi Arabia’s industrial sector.
Key Responsibilities
The Mechanical Supervisor will oversee mechanical activities, manage site teams, and ensure all work is completed according to project specifications and safety standards. Mechanical Fitters will handle installation, alignment, and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment. Pipe Fabricators will be responsible for measuring, cutting, and assembling piping systems as per engineering drawings. Millwrights will work on installation and maintenance of heavy rotating machinery, ensuring proper alignment and operational efficiency. SS Multi Welders (TIG & ARC) will perform high-quality welding tasks on stainless steel and carbon steel materials, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with project requirements. All roles are critical to maintaining productivity and safety standards at the project site.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants must have relevant industrial experience in mechanical, welding, or fabrication fields, preferably within large-scale Saudi industrial projects. Mechanical Supervisors should demonstrate leadership and coordination skills. Fitters, fabricators, and millwrights must have strong technical knowledge of tools, machinery, and installation procedures. Welders must be skilled in TIG and ARC welding techniques with proven experience in industrial environments. Candidates must also understand safety regulations, be physically fit, and capable of working under strict deadlines. Prior experience in Maaden or similar industrial projects will be considered an advantage.
