Al Alwan Group is urgently seeking qualified professionals for the position of SEC-approved Work Permit Receiver (WPR) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a critical role for power generation and industrial projects where safety and compliance are top priorities. WPRs are responsible for managing and monitoring work permits, ensuring that all operations comply with Saudi regulations and internal safety policies.
This position is designed for individuals who are highly detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of coordinating complex workflows across multiple teams. WPRs play a vital role in preventing workplace accidents, enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining operational efficiency. The role is particularly important in power generation projects, where work activities often involve high-risk environments.
Key Responsibilities
The SEC-approved WPR is responsible for the safe and compliant issuance, monitoring, and closure of work permits for contractors and personnel operating in high-risk zones. This includes reviewing all submitted permits, ensuring that proper authorizations are in place, and verifying compliance with established safety procedures.
A key part of the role is active coordination with site supervisors, safety officers, and operational teams to ensure that work is carried out according to plan without compromising safety standards. Skills and Knowledge
Candidates must hold the following mandatory certifications:

- Generation Work Permit Receiver (WPR) – Demonstrates competency in issuing, monitoring, and closing work permits safely.
