Key Responsibilities

Pipe Fabricators are responsible for fabricating and assembling piping systems according to technical drawings and project specifications. They must ensure weld quality, proper alignment, and adherence to safety protocols.

Welding QC Inspectors monitor welding operations, ensure compliance with project standards, and perform inspections to detect defects or non-conformance. They document all QC activities and coordinate with project engineers to maintain high-quality work.

Piping QC Inspectors are responsible for verifying piping installations, including welding, fabrication, and alignment. They ensure that all work complies with technical specifications and safety standards.

Flagmen assist in directing material movements, ensuring safety on site, and preventing accidents. They coordinate with supervisors and workers to maintain smooth workflow during high-traffic or hazardous areas.

Permit Receivers manage work permits, ensuring that all activities are authorized and comply with safety regulations. They monitor permit validity, coordinate with supervisors, and maintain documentation for auditing purposes.

Fire Watchers monitor hot work and other high-risk operations, ensuring that fire prevention measures are strictly followed. They respond to hazards promptly and coordinate with safety personnel to minimize risks.

Skills and Knowledge
