These roles are part of large-scale industrial construction and maintenance projects where skilled workers are essential for safe and efficient execution. The positions include Scaffolder, Fire Watch, Flagman, Millwright, and Welders (3G & 4G), all of which play a critical role in supporting shutdowns, fabrication work, and industrial plant operations. In high-risk environments such as Jubail’s industrial zones, these roles are vital for maintaining safety standards, ensuring structural integrity, and completing projects on time.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Scaffolders will be responsible for assembling and dismantling scaffolding structures to provide safe working platforms for construction activities. Fire Watch personnel will monitor hot work areas such as welding and cutting zones to prevent fire hazards and ensure emergency readiness. Flagmen will manage site traffic control and guide equipment movement to ensure safe operations within the worksite. Millwrights will handle installation, maintenance, and repair of heavy machinery and mechanical systems used in industrial operations.
Welders (3G & 4G) will perform welding tasks on metal structures and pipelines, ensuring strong joints and compliance with quality standards. All workers must follow strict safety procedures, use proper personal protective equipment (PPE), and coordinate with supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Teamwork, discipline, and adherence to site instructions are essential across all positions.
Skills and Knowledge Requirements
Applicants must have relevant experience in industrial or construction projects. Scaffolders, Fire Watch, and Flagman positions require TUV certification along with a valid Iqama. Welders must have GCC certification and proven experience in 3G & 4G welding processes. Millwright candidates should have mechanical maintenance knowledge and hands-on experience in industrial equipment handling.
All candidates must be physically fit and capable of working in demanding site conditions. Strong awareness of workplace safety rules is mandatory. The ability to follow instructions, work under pressure, and maintain discipline on site is highly important. Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC countries will be considered an advantage.
