Key Responsibilities
All selected candidates will be responsible for performing duties based on their specific job category while maintaining strict adherence to site safety and quality regulations. QA/QC Inspectors will monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with project specifications. Permit Receivers will manage work permits and ensure safe execution of high-risk activities. Rigging Supervisors and Riggers will handle lifting operations, equipment handling, and coordination of safe load movements. Scaffolding Supervisors and Inspectors will oversee scaffold erection, inspection, and dismantling activities to ensure structural safety and compliance. All workers are expected to follow project instructions, report hazards, maintain documentation, and coordinate with engineers and site supervisors. Teamwork, discipline, and adherence to safety protocols are essential for all roles.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates must have relevant experience in industrial construction projects, particularly in oil and gas or large infrastructure works. Strong knowledge of safety standards, technical procedures, and job-specific tools is required. QA/QC personnel should understand inspection methods and quality systems, while rigging and scaffolding staff must be familiar with lifting plans, load calculations, and structural safety practices.
