ABCC has announced an urgent manpower requirement for skilled and semi-skilled industrial workers for an ongoing project in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This opportunity includes positions for Scaffolder (Tube), Rigger Level 3 (TUV), and Fire Watch personnel. These roles are highly important in industrial construction and maintenance projects, particularly in oil, gas, and petrochemical sectors where safety and precision are critical. The selected candidates will work in a structured industrial environment where strict safety regulations and technical standards must be followed. Key Responsibilities

Scaffolders are responsible for the safe erection, modification, and dismantling of tube scaffolding systems at construction and industrial sites. They must ensure that all structures are stable, properly secured, and meet safety standards before use. Riggers (Level 3 TUV certified) handle lifting and shifting of heavy materials and equipment using cranes and lifting gear, ensuring all operations are conducted safely and accurately according to lifting plans.

Fire Watch personnel are responsible for monitoring work areas during hot work activities such as welding and cutting. They must stay alert to detect fire hazards, ensure fire safety equipment is available, and respond immediately in case of any emergency. Fire Watch workers also ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a hazard-free working environment. All workers must follow site instructions, maintain discipline, and strictly adhere to safety procedures.

Skills and Knowledge

Candidates must have relevant industrial experience and valid certifications depending on their role. Scaffolders should be trained in tube scaffolding systems and safety procedures, with valid chamber registration mandatory. Riggers must hold TUV certification and Ajeer registration, with experience in lifting operations and rigging safety standards. Fire Watch personnel must possess SAFCO authorization cards along with chamber registration and knowledge of fire prevention and emergency response procedures.
