Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will perform duties based on their respective positions. Construction Managers and Site In Charges will handle project supervision, workforce coordination, and ensure that all construction activities are completed as per project specifications and deadlines. QA/QC personnel will be responsible for quality inspections, documentation, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards.
Welders, Fabricators, Pipe Fitters, and Piping Supervisors will carry out fabrication, installation, welding, and piping work according to technical drawings and safety standards. Riggers (Level II & III) will manage lifting operations safely, ensuring proper rigging procedures are followed at all times. Firewatch staff will monitor hot work areas and ensure fire prevention safety measures are strictly maintained.
All workers must follow safety rules, maintain discipline on-site, and report any hazards or incidents immediately to supervisors.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates should have relevant experience in construction, oil & gas, or industrial projects. Technical knowledge of tools, machinery, and safety procedures is essential for all field positions. Welders and pipe-related workers must understand fabrication drawings and industry standards.
Supervisory roles require leadership ability, team management skills, and strong communication. QA/QC professionals must have knowledge of inspection procedures and quality control documentation. Riggers should have experience in lifting operations, while Firewatch staff must understand safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
Preference will be given to candidates who are ready to join immediately and have previous Gulf experience, especially in industrial cities like Jubail.
