Overview of the Industrial Requirement
This opportunity is part of a shutdown and maintenance project in the industrial sector, where experienced and skilled manpower is urgently required for piping and welding-related activities. Such shutdown projects are highly critical in oil, gas, and petrochemical industries, especially in industrial hubs like Jubail where large-scale operations run continuously. The requirement includes multiple technical and supporting roles to ensure smooth execution of piping fabrication, installation, inspection, and site safety operations. Each position directly contributes to project success by maintaining quality standards, safety compliance, and timely completion of work under strict industrial conditions.
Role Responsibilities and Work Scope
All selected candidates will be assigned duties according to their respective trade experience. Piping Helpers will support skilled workers by handling tools, materials, and assisting in site preparation tasks. Pipe Fitters will be responsible for assembling, aligning, and installing piping systems as per technical drawings and project specifications. Pipe Fabricators will carry out cutting, shaping, and preparation of pipes for installation work. Piping Foremen will supervise teams, manage daily site activities, and ensure that work is completed according to project requirements and deadlines. Multi Welders will perform welding operations across different positions while ensuring quality standards and safety compliance. Fire Watchers will monitor hot work areas and ensure strict fire safety measures are followed to prevent hazards during welding activities. All workers must strictly follow site instructions, safety regulations, and maintain discipline throughout the project duration.
Skills, Experience, and Qualification Requirements
Candidates must have relevant experience in piping, welding, or industrial shutdown and maintenance projects. Pipe Fitters and Fabricators should be skilled in reading technical drawings and performing precise fabrication and installation work. Multi Welders must have strong welding expertise with experience in different industrial welding techniques. Fire Watchers should be well aware of fire safety procedures and emergency response protocols. Foremen are expected to have strong leadership abilities and solid technical knowledge to manage workforce operations effectively. All applicants must hold valid documentation including IQAMA copy, passport copy, visa copy, Muqeem copy, medical fitness certificate, CR copy, chamber registration, and Ajeer registration (mandatory for room-to-room duty assignments).

Salary will be released after 2 months and 20 days as per company policy
