Middle East Friends Contracting (MEFCO) is urgently hiring Torqueing Technicians for a long-term industrial maintenance project in Rabigh. This role is focused on bolt tightening, flange torqueing, and ensuring mechanical joint integrity during industrial maintenance operations. It is suitable for technicians experienced in torqueing work within refinery, petrochemical, or industrial plant environments.
Key Responsibilities
Torqueing Technicians will be responsible for tightening bolts and flanges using calibrated torque tools according to specified torque values and maintenance procedures. Duties include preparing joints, verifying torque sequences, inspecting flange connections, and ensuring leak-free assembly of mechanical systems. Technicians must follow safety standards, maintain torque records, and coordinate with maintenance supervisors to ensure all connections meet project requirements.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates should have prior experience in industrial mechanical maintenance, especially in bolt torqueing and flange management. Knowledge of torque tools, tightening procedures, and mechanical integrity standards is essential. Ajeer registration is mandatory for this role.
