The Oil & Gas Project Positions are designed to support critical operations in refinery and industrial maintenance projects at SASREF Jubail. The purpose of these roles is to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of technical tasks in compliance with Saudi Aramco and industrial safety standards. Each position plays an important role in maintaining operational continuity, from quality control and documentation to safety supervision and permit management. These roles are essential in ensuring that all engineering and maintenance activities are carried out without delay, while maintaining strict safety regulations and operational discipline within a highly regulated oil and gas environment.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidates will perform duties according to their respective job categories within a structured industrial environment. QA/QC Lead will manage inspection procedures, quality assurance systems, and project documentation control. Permit Receivers and Standby Men will ensure all work permits are issued correctly and safety precautions are strictly followed before work execution. Safety Officers will continuously monitor site activities to ensure hazard control and compliance with safety standards. Riggers will be responsible for safe lifting operations using certified equipment, while Scaffolding Supervisors will oversee the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures as per Aramco requirements. Document Controllers will handle project documentation, filing systems, and technical records management. All employees must maintain coordination with supervisors, follow instructions carefully, and ensure smooth and safe workflow execution at all times.

 Skills and Knowledge

Candidates must possess strong technical knowledge relevant to oil and gas industry operations. QA/QC Leads and Document Controllers should have at least 5 years of GCC experience in similar industrial projects. Permit Receivers, Safety Officers, and Standby Men must hold valid SASREF approval cards and understand permit-to-work systems. Riggers and Scaffolding Supervisors should have TUV or Aramco certifications with proven field experience in lifting and scaffolding activities. A strong understanding of industrial safety regulations, shutdown procedures, and compliance requirements is essential. Candidates must be capable of working under pressure, especially in refinery shutdown environments. Good communication skills, teamwork ability, and strict discipline in following site safety rules are also required for successful job performance.

Positions Required:

• QA/QC Lead – 1 (Minimum 5+ years Oil & Gas experience in KSA)
• Permit Receiver – 6 (SASREF Approval Card required)
• Standby Man – 5 (SASREF Approval Card required)
• Safety Officer – 5 (SASREF Approval Card required)
• Rigger Level 1 (TUV) – 2 (Minimum 3+ years experience in KSA)
• Scaffolding Supervisor – 3 (Aramco Approved mandatory)
• Document Controller – 3 (Minimum 5+ years Oil & Gas experience in KSA)

Project Location: Jubail, SASREF
Duration: 6 Months (Extendable based on project requirement)
Payment Terms: Time sheet basis with 45 days payment cycle
