Job Role Overview & Importance

Rigging foremen and fabrication supervisors are responsible for overseeing lifting and fabrication activities, ensuring all work is completed safely and according to technical standards. Fabrication foremen, charge hands, and fabricators handle structural and mechanical work required in offshore installations. Fire watchers ensure safety during hot work activities, while clerical and storekeeping staff manage documentation, coordination, and material control. Each role contributes to smooth offshore operations and strict safety compliance.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will perform duties based on their assigned roles. Rigging foremen will supervise lifting operations and ensure compliance with safety procedures. Fabrication supervisors and foremen will manage teams, monitor fabrication work, and ensure quality standards are met. Fabricators will carry out cutting, shaping, and assembly tasks. Fire watchers will monitor hazardous activities to prevent fire risks. Clerks will handle documentation, reporting, and coordination tasks, while storekeepers will manage inventory and materials. All employees must follow offshore safety regulations and maintain discipline at all times.
Skills, Experience & Eligibility
Applicants must have relevant offshore experience in oil and gas projects. Valid certifications such as BOSIET, H2S, and OGUK medical are mandatory for offshore deployment. Technical roles require strong hands-on experience in fabrication, rigging, or welding-related work. Clerical and storekeeping roles require basic administrative and organizational skills.
