Job Role Overview & Importance

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will perform duties based on their assigned trade. Foremen will supervise teams, allocate tasks, and ensure that work is completed according to technical specifications. Carpenters will work on formwork, shuttering, and structural woodwork. Steel Fixers will handle reinforcement installation, including cutting, bending, and tying steel bars. Masons will carry out brickwork, plastering, and finishing tasks. Rigger-3 workers will assist in lifting operations and ensure safe handling of materials. All workers must follow safety rules and maintain discipline on-site.
Skills, Experience & Eligibility
