Job Role Overview & Importance
HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) professionals play a vital role in maintaining safe working conditions in offshore environments where risks are significantly higher than onshore projects. The HSE Supervisor oversees safety operations and ensures that all procedures are strictly followed at site level. The HSE Officer focuses on monitoring daily activities, identifying hazards, and implementing safety measures. In Aramco offshore projects, these roles are essential for preventing accidents, ensuring compliance, and maintaining operational safety standards.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with offshore safety regulations. The HSE Supervisor will lead safety teams, conduct inspections, and enforce safety policies across project sites. The HSE Officer will carry out daily site monitoring, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure proper use of PPE by all workers. Both roles require hazard identification, risk assessment, incident reporting, and emergency response readiness. Skills, Experience & Eligibility
