Job Role Overview & Importance

A Coaster Driver is responsible for safely transporting workers, supervisors, and project staff between camps, offices, and work locations. In high-standard projects linked with Aramco requirements, vehicle quality, documentation, and driver qualifications are taken very seriously. Reliable transportation helps projects run on schedule, improves workforce attendance, and supports safe daily operations. Main Duties & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for operating a 30 to 34 seater coaster bus for staff transportation in Jafurah. Daily duties include timely pick-up and drop-off of passengers, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, checking fuel and fluid levels, and reporting any mechanical issues immediately. Drivers must follow traffic regulations, company safety policies, and site transport rules. They may also need to coordinate routes, maintain trip records, and ensure passengers travel safely at all times. Vehicle owners should ensure that the bus remains in excellent working condition throughout the contract period.
Skills, Experience & Eligibility
Applicants must have a coaster bus model 2021 or above with seating capacity between 30 and 34 passengers. The vehicle must meet Aramco standards and should have valid Fahas, Istimara, and preferably insurance coverage. The driver must hold a valid heavy or bus driving license and have experience driving passenger vehicles in Saudi Arabia. Candidates should know Saudi traffic laws, industrial transport procedures, and basic vehicle maintenance. Punctual, disciplined, and safety-conscious drivers will be preferred for this long-term contract.
