Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Selected candidates will perform specialized duties based on their job category. Scaffolding Supervisors will manage erection, inspection, and dismantling of scaffolds while ensuring safety protocols are followed. Safety Officers and Supervisors will conduct audits, risk assessments, and emergency drills to maintain a secure work environment. NDT Coordinators and Batching Plant Supervisors will manage inspection procedures and documentation. All employees are expected to collaborate closely with project management to achieve operational targets while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
Required Skills and Professional Knowledge
Applicants must hold the necessary qualifications, including diplomas or degrees in relevant fields, NEBOSH IGC or OSHA 30-hour certifications, and Saudi Aramco-approved certificates. Proven experience in industrial projects is essential, along with knowledge of QA/QC processes, welding, piping, electrical systems, scaffolding, and rotating machinery. Strong communication, attention to detail, and documentation skills are required. Candidates must be capable of working in multicultural teams while ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory compliance. Experience certificates should match CVs accurately, and all certifications must be verifiable.
