Core Duties and Responsibilities
The Helper is responsible for assisting skilled workers in various construction and site-related activities. Duties include carrying and moving materials, preparing tools and equipment, cleaning work areas, and supporting installation or maintenance tasks as instructed. Helpers must follow supervisors’ instructions carefully and ensure that safety procedures are always followed. They are also responsible for maintaining site cleanliness, assisting in loading and unloading materials, and providing general support to the workforce. This role requires teamwork, discipline, and the ability to work under supervision in demanding conditions.
Required Competencies and Expertise
