Key Responsibilities

Each position has specific responsibilities aligned with project requirements. Civil Auto CAD Draftsmen prepare rebar detailing and bar bending schedules (BBS), providing accurate technical drawings for construction teams. Rigger-III personnel manage heavy lifting operations, ensuring structural stability and worker safety. Fire Watch and Flagman roles involve monitoring high-risk areas, maintaining fire prevention measures, and alerting teams to potential hazards. The Sand Blaster team handles surface preparation using approved techniques, while Spray Painters apply coatings accurately according to project standards.
