Main Duties and Work Responsibilities
The Civil Supervisor is responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring that work is carried out according to project drawings, safety guidelines, and quality standards. This role includes coordination with engineers, monitoring labor performance, and ensuring smooth execution of site operations. The Civil Foreman manages daily workforce activities, assigns tasks to workers, supervises progress on-site, and ensures that materials and manpower are utilized efficiently. Both positions require strong leadership, problem-solving ability, and strict adherence to construction safety protocols.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
Applicants must have relevant experience in civil construction projects. The Civil Supervisor should have strong technical knowledge of site execution, supervision skills, and experience in handling large-scale infrastructure work.
