Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
The Fire Watch personnel are responsible for monitoring all hot work activities such as welding, cutting, and grinding. They must ensure that fire extinguishers and safety equipment are available and in proper working condition at all times. Continuous observation of the work area is required to detect sparks, smoke, or any fire risks. Fire Watch staff must immediately report unsafe conditions to supervisors and take quick action during emergencies. They are also responsible for ensuring that all safety rules and procedures are strictly followed on-site to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates must have a valid Vendor Code, which is mandatory for this position. Experience in industrial or oil & gas environments is preferred. Applicants should have basic knowledge of fire safety procedures and hazard prevention techniques. Physical fitness, alertness, and the ability to stay focused during long working hours are essential.
