Core Duties and Responsibilities
The Fire Watcher is responsible for monitoring hot work areas to prevent fire hazards, ensuring safety compliance, and responding quickly to emergencies. Basic English communication skills are required for coordination on-site. The Piping Foreman supervises piping crews, assigns daily tasks, and ensures work is completed according to project specifications and safety standards. Pipe Fitters are responsible for installing, aligning, and assembling piping systems with precision. Piping Fabricators work on cutting, shaping, and assembling pipes based on technical drawings. Grinder Men assist in finishing tasks, smoothing welds, and preparing materials for installation. All roles require strict adherence to safety procedures and teamwork on-site.
Required Competencies and Expertise
