HSE Inspector, Landscape Engineer, Document Controller

Description

A reputed organization in Saudi Arabia is seeking highly experienced professionals for multiple roles, including HSE Inspector, Landscape Engineer, and Document Controller. These positions are critical in supporting large-scale engineering and construction consultancy projects. Each role contributes uniquely to project success—HSE Inspectors ensure workplace safety and regulatory compliance, Landscape Engineers oversee the design and execution of outdoor environments, and Document Controllers manage essential project documentation. With increasing complexity in modern construction projects, these roles require skilled individuals who can maintain quality, efficiency, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle across various project sites in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

The HSE Inspector is responsible for monitoring health, safety, and environmental practices on-site, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and regional regulations. They must identify risks, implement preventive measures, and prepare detailed safety reports. The Landscape Engineer will supervise landscape and irrigation works, ensuring that designs are properly executed and meet project specifications. This role includes coordinating with contractors, monitoring progress, and maintaining quality standards. The Document Controller is responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all project-related documents. This includes handling submissions, tracking revisions, and ensuring that documentation systems like Aconex are properly used. All roles require close coordination with project teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion across assigned project locations.

Skills and Knowledge

Candidates for the HSE Inspector role must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Engineering, or a related field, along with a NEBOSH International General Certificate (minimum Level 6). A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction or engineering consultancy is required, along with strong knowledge of OSHA and regional HSE regulations. Landscape Engineers should have a Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline, with at least 10 years of experience in landscape and irrigation construction supervision. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is considered an advantage. Document Controllers must have at least 4 years of experience in a multinational company and be proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
