Overview of the Role

This urgent requirement is for HSE Officers and Standby Men for a direct client interview under APPC and SAFCO-related industrial projects in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. These roles are essential in maintaining safety and operational control during industrial and shutdown activities. HSE Officers are responsible for enforcing safety standards, while Standby Men play a critical role in monitoring high-risk work areas. Due to the urgency, candidates must be ready for immediate interview and mobilization, with preference given to those holding valid authorizations and IDs.

Key Responsibilities and Work Scope

HSE Officers will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across the worksite. Their duties include conducting inspections, identifying hazards, implementing corrective measures, and ensuring proper use of PPE. They will also conduct toolbox talks and maintain safety documentation. Standby Men will monitor hazardous operations such as hot work and confined spaces, ensuring immediate response in case of emergencies. They will assist in maintaining safe working conditions and coordinate with supervisors during critical tasks. All candidates must follow strict safety procedures and maintain discipline on-site.

Skills, Experience, and Required Knowledge

Candidates must have relevant experience in industrial or petrochemical projects. HSE Officers should have strong knowledge of safety standards and site compliance procedures. Note that candidates with Iqama series 26 are not eligible for this position. Standby Men must have valid SAFCO authorization and ID, along with experience in monitoring hazardous work environments. All applicants should be physically fit, disciplined, and capable of working under pressure. Proper documentation and certifications are mandatory for eligibility.
