Overview of the Role
This urgent manpower requirement is for the Juaymah project, a key oil and gas industrial site in Saudi Arabia where skilled workers are needed for fabrication, welding, and permit control operations. Such projects require highly experienced and technically sound workers to ensure smooth execution of piping, welding, and supervision tasks under strict Aramco standards. The demand focuses on quality manpower capable of maintaining safety, productivity, and precision in a high-pressure industrial environment. Key Responsibilities and Work Scope
Selected candidates will perform duties according to their respective trades. Pipe Fabricators will handle cutting, shaping, and preparing pipes according to technical drawings and project requirements. Welding Foremen will supervise welding teams, ensure quality standards, and manage workflow on-site. Multi Welders will carry out welding tasks in different positions while maintaining strong quality and safety compliance. Work Permit Receivers (WPR – Aramco) will manage permit systems and ensure all work activities are properly authorized before execution. All workers must strictly follow site safety regulations, coordinate with supervisors, and maintain discipline to ensure smooth project operations.
Skills, Experience, and Required Knowledge
Candidates must have relevant experience in oil and gas or industrial shutdown projects. Pipe Fabricators should be skilled in fabrication work and capable of reading technical drawings. Welding Foremen must have leadership experience along with strong technical knowledge of welding operations. Multi Welders should be experienced in multiple welding techniques and capable of delivering quality work under pressure. WPR candidates must have Aramco approval and strong knowledge of permit-to-work systems. All applicants should be physically fit, disciplined, and capable of working in demanding industrial environments. Original passport is mandatory for submission, and only skilled candidates will be considered.
