Job Role Overview & Importance
The available roles are critical for ensuring quality control, safety compliance, and operational success in high-risk oil and gas environments. QC Supervisors and Inspectors are responsible for maintaining strict quality standards across mechanical, piping, welding, coating, and electrical work. Scaffolding Supervisors ensure safe working platforms, while riggers handle lifting operations with precision and safety. Work Permit Receivers (WPR) manage authorization processes to ensure all work activities are conducted under controlled and safe conditions. Each role is essential for smooth and compliant project execution.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will perform duties according to their roles and assigned project sites. QC Supervisors and Inspectors will monitor work quality, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with project specifications. Scaffolding Supervisors will oversee scaffold erection and safety checks. Riggers will handle lifting operations and equipment movement while following strict safety procedures. WPR personnel will verify work permits, ensure hazard controls are in place, and coordinate with site teams before work begins. All candidates must maintain proper documentation, follow safety protocols, and work in coordination with project management.
Skills, Experience & Eligibility
Applicants must be Aramco-approved for their respective roles and have relevant experience in oil and gas or industrial projects. Strong technical knowledge is required for QC and inspection roles, while rigging and scaffolding positions require hands-on field experience. Candidates must be physically fit and capable of working in demanding environments. All required documents such as iqama, muqeem, passport copy, and supporting certificates must be valid.
