This urgent hiring drive is for multiple skilled and experienced professionals in the oil, gas, and industrial construction sector in Saudi Arabia, specifically based in Jubail. The project is being executed by a well-established contracting company that is involved in large-scale industrial maintenance and construction activities. The main purpose of these roles is to ensure smooth execution of project operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity. Candidates with Gulf experience, especially in SABIC or similar industrial environments, are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be assigned responsibilities based on their job category and field expertise. Riggers will be responsible for safe lifting and movement of heavy equipment using proper rigging techniques. Welders will perform fabrication and welding works according to project specifications and industry standards. Mechanical fitters and supervisors will handle installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems and ensure smooth plant operations. Safety officers and standby men will monitor site activities and enforce strict safety compliance to prevent accidents. QC inspectors, planners, and coordinators will manage documentation, project scheduling, and quality assurance processes. Foremen and supervisors will lead teams on-site, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure that daily targets are achieved efficiently without compromising safety or quality standards.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants must possess relevant technical qualifications and proven experience in oil & gas or industrial construction projects. Strong knowledge of industrial safety procedures, especially in SABIC or Aramco environments, is essential. Candidates should be able to read and interpret technical drawings, follow engineering instructions, and work effectively in a team-based environment. Good communication skills, discipline, and problem-solving ability are highly required for all positions. Experience in GCC countries will be considered an added advantage. For supervisory and managerial roles, leadership skills, workforce management ability, and project coordination experience are necessary. Certifications such as TUV, welding approvals, or safety training certificates will further strengthen the candidate’s profile.
