Main Duties & Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for performing advanced rigging operations under industrial site conditions. Daily duties include preparing lifting plans, selecting appropriate rigging equipment, and ensuring proper attachment of loads using slings, chains, and hooks. Riggers must guide crane operators using approved hand signals or communication systems to ensure safe and accurate lifting operations. They are also responsible for inspecting rigging equipment before use, identifying any defects, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Coordination with supervisors and other site teams is essential to ensure smooth workflow and safe execution of lifting tasks.
Skills, Experience & Eligibility
Applicants must hold valid TUV certification as Rigger Level III along with proven field experience in industrial or construction projects. Strong knowledge of lifting techniques, load calculations, and safety procedures is required. Candidates must also be familiar with industrial site operations and capable of working in high-pressure environments. A valid IQAMA, Ajeer agreement, medical certificate, and other standard documents are mandatory for eligibility.
