Overview of the Role
An urgent recruitment has been announced for multiple skilled, technical, and supervisory positions for a petrochemical project in Petro Rabigh, Saudi Arabia. The available roles include Foremen (E&I, Structural, Welding), Rigger Level III (TUV), Millwright, Pipe Fabricator, Structural Fabricator, Scaffolder (TUV), E&I Fitter, and E&I Technician. These positions are part of a major industrial maintenance and construction project where experienced manpower is required to ensure smooth execution of technical works. Each role plays a vital part in maintaining operational efficiency, safety, and quality standards in a highly regulated industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Foremen (E&I, Structural, and Welding) will be responsible for supervising their respective teams, ensuring that all work is completed according to project specifications, drawings, and safety standards. Rigger Level III personnel will handle safe lifting operations and coordinate with crane operators for heavy equipment movement. Millwrights will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and alignment of industrial machinery. Pipe and structural fabricators will carry out fabrication work based on technical drawings and project requirements. Scaffolders will assemble and dismantle scaffolding structures safely under TUV guidelines. E&I Fitters and Technicians will handle electrical and instrumentation installation, testing, and maintenance activities. All workers must follow strict safety procedures and report any hazards immediately.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
Candidates must have relevant experience in their respective trades, preferably in petrochemical, oil & gas, or industrial projects. Foremen should have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams efficiently. Riggers must hold valid TUV certification, and scaffolders should also have proper TUV qualification. Fabricators and technicians must be skilled in reading technical drawings and executing precise work. E&I personnel should have strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems. All candidates must be physically fit, disciplined, and capable of working in demanding site conditions. Valid documents including IQAMA, Muqeem, insurance, fitness certificate, and original passport are mandatory for selection.
