Safety Officer
Description
An urgent offshore requirement is open for an experienced Safety Officer (Aramco Approved) for a short-term offshore assignment in Ras Tanura. The role is strictly for candidates with offshore certification and prior industrial safety experience in oil & gas environments.
Key Responsibilities
The Safety Officer will be responsible for ensuring offshore safety compliance, monitoring hazardous operations, conducting safety inspections, enforcing Aramco HSE standards, and coordinating emergency response procedures. The role requires continuous supervision of offshore work activities to ensure zero-incident operations.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates must have valid BOSIET and H2S certifications (mandatory). Aramco approval is required along with strong offshore safety experience. Knowledge of offshore safety procedures, risk assessment, permit-to-work systems, and emergency response planning is essential.
