This urgent recruitment is for experienced Safety Officers (Non-Aramco) and Multi Welders under Al Bayan Global General Contracting Est. for long-term industrial projects in Jafurah, Saudi Arabia. These roles are essential in maintaining safe working environments and executing high-quality welding operations in demanding oil, gas, and construction projects. Safety Officers ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, while Multi Welders perform fabrication and welding tasks required for structural and pipeline works. Both positions are critical for maintaining operational efficiency, safety standards, and project quality in large-scale industrial environments.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
The Safety Officer is responsible for implementing and monitoring workplace safety procedures, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. They identify hazards, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure all workers follow required safety protocols. The Multi Welder performs welding tasks using various techniques on different materials, ensuring strong and accurate welds according to project specifications. Welders must also follow safety procedures while handling equipment and materials. Both roles require coordination with supervisors, strict adherence to safety standards, and timely completion of assigned tasks to maintain project efficiency.
Required Competencies and Expertise
Candidates applying for the Safety Officer role must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience along with mandatory certifications including NEBOSH, OSHA, and BLS training. Strong knowledge of industrial safety practices is essential. Multi Welders must have a valid running card and proven experience in welding operations. All applicants must provide complete color copy documents including Iqama, passport, visa, Muqeem, body fitness, insurance, GOSI, photos, CV, and certificates. Physical fitness, discipline, and the ability to work in high-pressure environments are essential for both positions.
