With large-scale Aramco-related projects ongoing across the Kingdom, the demand for qualified Safety Officers has increased significantly. A very urgent recruitment drive has been announced for Safety Officer positions under an Aramco-approved project in Riyadh. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong field experience in industrial safety who are ready for immediate mobilization in a high-standard working environment.

Job Role Overview & Importance

The Safety Officer plays a crucial role in maintaining workplace safety, especially in oil, gas, and industrial construction environments where risks are high. In Aramco-approved projects, safety compliance is strictly monitored, and every activity must follow approved procedures and regulations. The Safety Officer ensures that all site operations are carried out safely and in accordance with HSE guidelines. This role is highly important because it directly prevents accidents, protects workers’ lives, and ensures smooth project execution without safety violations or shutdowns. Companies rely heavily on experienced safety professionals who understand Saudi industrial standards and can enforce rules effectively on-site.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for monitoring all daily site safety activities and ensuring strict compliance with Aramco-approved safety procedures. The Safety Officer will conduct regular inspections of work areas to identify hazards and unsafe conditions before any incident occurs. Another key responsibility includes conducting toolbox talks and safety briefings to educate workers about risks and preventive measures. The role also involves ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), maintaining safety documentation, and reporting incidents or near-misses to management. In addition, the Safety Officer will support emergency response procedures and coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to maintain a safe working environment throughout the project duration.

Skills, Experience & Eligibility

Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in Saudi Arabia, preferably in construction, oil and gas, or industrial projects.
