Each role plays a vital part in supporting large-scale industrial and construction activities, ensuring project completion with quality, safety, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities and Duties
Scaffolders will be responsible for assembling and dismantling scaffolding structures safely according to site requirements. Carpenters will handle formwork, shuttering, and wood-related construction tasks. Masons will perform brickwork, plastering, and finishing activities on construction sites. Steel Fixers will install and secure steel reinforcements in concrete structures. Helpers will assist skilled workers in daily site operations and material handling. Block Masons will focus on blockwork construction, ensuring alignment and finishing quality. Welders (4G & 6G) will perform high-quality welding tasks for industrial structures, while Vessel Fabricators will handle fabrication and assembly of industrial vessels and heavy equipment. All workers must follow safety procedures and site instructions strictly.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
Candidates must have relevant experience in their respective trades, preferably in construction, industrial, or SABIC-related projects. Welders must be certified for 4G and 6G welding positions with proven technical expertise. Fabricators should have strong knowledge of industrial fabrication standards and safety procedures.
