Key Responsibilities

• Review, receive, and verify all incoming work permits to ensure they comply with project and company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of issued permits and track their status.
• Coordinate with supervisors, safety officers, and field staff to enforce safe working practices.
• Identify discrepancies or safety violations and report them promptly to management.
• Assist in streamlining site operations and ensuring that only authorized and safe work is performed.

Skills and Knowledge

• Prior experience as a WPR or in site coordination is preferred.
• Knowledge of work permit systems, safety regulations, and compliance procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Valid Saudi documentation (IQAMA, passport) is required.
• Discipline, reliability, and commitment to safety are essential.
